At F&A Cleaning Services Inc., we understand that plans can change. To accommodate the dynamic needs of our clients while managing our scheduling efficiently, we have established the following cancellation policy:​

Free Cancellation and Rescheduling: We offer the flexibility to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service at no charge, as long as you notify us more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time. This allows us to adjust our schedules accordingly and offer the slot to other clients.

Cancellation Within 24 Hours: If you need to cancel your service less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the service cost will be charged. This fee compensates for the short notice and the potential loss of work for our cleaners.

How to Cancel or Reschedule: To cancel or reschedule your service, please contact us via phone or email as soon as possible. Our team will assist you in finding a new time slot that suits your schedule or processing your cancellation.

Last-Minute Changes: We strive to be as accommodating as possible. If you have a last-minute change, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to adjust the arrangements without additional charges, subject to availability.

No-Show Policy: In the event that our cleaning team arrives for a scheduled appointment and is unable to access your property, or if the appointment is missed without prior cancellation, the 20% cancellation fee will apply.
