Service Agreement: These terms and conditions represent a binding contract between F & A Cleaning Services (“the Company”) and the Client. By booking a service with the Company, the Client agrees to these terms.

Scope of Work: The Company agrees to provide cleaning services as per the agreed-upon specifications. This may include, but is not limited to, residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, and other services as requested by the Client.

Pricing and Payment: The cost of services will be as per the quote provided to the Client prior to the commencement of services. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. The Company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee as outlined in our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy: The Client may cancel or reschedule a service by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may incur a 20% cancellation fee.

Satisfaction Guarantee: The Company offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If the Client is not satisfied with the cleaning service, the Company must be notified within 24 hours of service completion, and arrangements will be made to re-clean the area at no additional charge.

Liability: The Company is insured and bonded. Any claims of damage or loss must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. The Company is not liable for damage due to normal wear and tear, improper installation of items, or pre-existing conditions.

Access: The Client agrees to provide access to the property when the service is scheduled to be performed. If the Company is unable to gain access to the property for any reason, the cancellation policy will apply.

Safety and Work Environment: The Client agrees to provide a safe working environment for the Company’s employees. The Company reserves the right to remove its employees from any environment deemed unsafe or where illegal activities are taking place.

Privacy Policy: The Company respects the privacy of its Clients. Personal information collected for booking and service purposes will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties without the Client’s consent.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions: The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. All amendments will be posted on the Company’s website and will take effect immediately.
